Dave has been in the real estate business for over 34 years. He has helped 100’s buyers and sellers make their dreams come true. He has handled simple transactions and very complex transactions. Dave has sold homes all over CA – from Los Angeles to Sacramento. He has dealt with everything, including upgrades, downgrades, investments, 1031 exchanges, and estate sales. Dave has his Juris Doctorate (law degree), which helps in negotiations, contract writing, rule interpretations, and many other ways.   

Terri has years of real estate experience. She has always provided all her clients with expert representation. She is dedicated to serving her clients with excellence. Terri is dedicated to her clients and working with them diligently for them to experience the excitement of reaching their real estate goals. She has lots of helpful resources for financing, home repairs, and home beautification to name a few which can be used to make real estate transactions more successful.
